As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on everything that has transpired. There have been peaks of joy and valleys of challenges, but every experience is an integral part of life. For quite some time, I've been penning down year-end reflections—not only to reminisce but also to share with friends and family the journey I've been on.

In 2025, as we step into the new year with key phrases like 'rebalancing,' 'freedom,' and 'small changes,' I can distinctly feel that this year is exceptionally special. It feels as though everything has slowed down a beat, allowing me to delve deeper into the important aspects of life.

Health Care and Transformation

This January, I decided to consult a health coach specializing in thyroid and digestive issues. Honestly, I had been feeling fatigued and stressed for far too long, and it was time to uncover the root causes rather than just enduring day by day.

I embarked on a detox plan, eliminating gluten, dairy, sugar, coffee, and alcohol. It might sound daunting, but it really just involved returning to natural foods: meats, vegetables, and nuts. After 55 days, the results were not only a lighter body but, more importantly, a significant boost in my overall health.

Adjustments and the Search for Balance

2025 also became a year for Nick and me to reevaluate our business. Everything seemed fine, yet something felt amiss. We decided to change our workspace, spending time on the island of Crete, Greece, to reignite our inspiration and find new direction.

This shift allowed us to successfully adjust our online entrepreneurship program. Instead of concentrating everything into a single launch, we transitioned to an 'evergreen' model, enabling participants to join at any time, which allows for a more flexible and engaging experience.

Special Events and Future Plans

With these business adjustments, we also found more time to create and organize new courses, helping people discover business ideas rooted in their passions and experiences. Additionally, our free online events attracted quite a few participants, many of whom later joined our training program.

Particularly, this year marked a significant turning point in my personal life. After 18 years together, Nick proposed to me at a vineyard in France—a day I will never forget.
