I've been a fan of Austin, Texas for quite some time. My visits have included everything from attending the South by Southwest festival and enjoying bachelorette parties to exploring the city with my partner and even work trips with friends. Each time, I immersed myself in the vibrant music scene until dawn, only to sleep in until noon the next day. However, my recent trip provided a completely different experience.

One of the highlights of my stay at Hotel Viata was lounging by the pool in the tranquil atmosphere. I enjoyed a refreshing rosé at the Al Fresco restaurant, which serves drinks and food poolside. Notably, on Friday and Saturday evenings, a DJ spins tunes to elevate the lively vibe.

The hotel also features a 24/7 gym fully equipped for all your fitness needs, as well as a spa offering various relaxation treatments, including massages, hydrotherapy, and other stress-relief therapies.

Culinary Delights at Laurel

Laurel is the hotel's main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a diverse menu rich in Italian flavors. Notably, the ingredients are sourced from local suppliers, ensuring freshness in every dish. Signature items like fresh pasta and ribeye steak are particularly popular.

The next morning, I indulged in a breakfast of spinach omelet and roasted potatoes, making for a perfect start to my day.
