Many other programs allow you to redeem a small number of miles for infants.
Thus, I must say that Flying Blue is excellent for children but not as accommodating for infants. Even if you choose to book a seat for the infant (not everyone wants to hold an infant on their lap), the 25% discount does not apply. This means you’ll pay more for the award ticket for a one-year-old than for a three-year-old.
